I offer FREE local pick-up in the Liberty/KC area! If you are not picking up locally, shipping will be charged, unless the post says shipping will be free. Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly. Lovely KC is not responsible for incorrect mailing addresses entered at checkout.

Turn-Around-Time (TAT): TAT will be posted on all "Pre-Orders" and I do not have those items on hand, I will place the order with the supplier once I have met the order requirement. Please pay close attention to turn around time posted on each item on the website. Please know the turn around times are approximate and all preorder items are made to order, and issues can arise. I will do my part in keeping you updated through fb group posts.

If you are manually invoiced for something, invoices are due to be paid within 12 hours of receiving the invoice. If invoices are not paid within 12 hours the invoice will be cancelled and the item will either be released back into inventory, or the item will not be ordered if it's a pre-order.

If you have placed an order past or present with multiple items on the order, the order will NOT ship until I have ALL the items on hand and ready to ship. Shipping is costing me too much to ship partial orders, especially sweatshirts, which are easily $7-$8 each to ship. If you want items to ship as they come in, please order each item on a separate order.

All questions regarding existing orders must be emailed to lovelykcdesigns@gmail.com. We can then answer questions in the order they were received once we are sitting down at the computer during business hours. Business hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. Of course there will be times I do business things outside of those hours, but that at least gives me a dedicated time frame. I’ve tried my hardest to be available non-stop for questions, but it’s wearing me thin and I feel like I’m missing out on quality time with my family. I will no longer be answering questions about existing orders through chat, because it’s easier to keep track of things in my email, where I can easily search for things if I need to return to the conversation later.

If you have any special requests for you order, please add those requests to the order notes or be sure to talk to me before you order, so that you will know what needs to be added to the notes at checkout. Once you’ve checked out, I cannot make changes to orders in anyway and even if I make a note on the order, my notes aren’t easily visible like the customer notes section is. So my notes could be missed, where the customer notes are easy to see and less likely to be missed
