Do you offer local pickup?

The Red Rival offers FREE local pick-up in the Maryville, MO area! If you are not picking up locally, shipping will be charged. Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly. The Red Rival is not responsible for incorrect mailing addresses entered at checkout.


What is your Turn-Around-Time (TAT)?
TAT will be posted on the website banner, we do not have pre-order items on hand. Pre-order items are all made to order. Please know the turn around times are approximate and all preorder items are made to order, and issues can arise. We will do our part in keeping customers updated through fb group posts.


When are invoices due?
If you are manually invoiced for something, invoices are due to be paid within 12 hours of receiving the invoice. If invoices are not paid within 12 hours the invoice will be cancelled and the item will either be released back into inventory, or the item will not be ordered if it's a pre-order.

When will my order ship?
If you have placed an order with multiple items on the order, the order will NOT ship until I have ALL the items on hand and ready to ship. If you want items to ship as they come in, please order each item on a separate order.

Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?
If we haven't started to process your order, we can cancel it.

How do your t-shirts fit?
Most of our t-shirts are unisex and true to size. Please read each product description for sizing details on each specific item.

How do I check on my existing order?
All questions regarding existing orders must be emailed to 
support@theredrival.com
Business hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm.
